These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Calmly Yours website and the romantic beach date experiences we prepare on Clearwater Beach, Florida. By booking an experience or using our website, you agree to these Terms.

Our Service

Calmly Yours prepares beautifully arranged 90-minute beach dates for couples. We prepare the setup, personal touches, music, and other details before you arrive so that you simply show up and enjoy each other. Where you request dinner, we coordinate the restaurant selection and pickup as part of your experience — we place the restaurant order on the day of your date and have your dinner waiting for you.

Bookings & Reservations

When you book, we ask for details that help us personalize your experience. You are responsible for providing accurate contact and booking information. Availability is limited and reservations are confirmed at our discretion based on beach conditions and scheduling.

Dinner & Restaurant Coordination

Dinner is optional. If you select dinner, your food is charged separately at the restaurant's current menu price, and Calmly Yours does not mark up your meal. The prices we display reflect our latest menu information and may change before your date. Restaurant menu prices, availability, and menu items are set by the restaurant and may change. We place the restaurant order on the day of your date, coordinate the pickup time, and have your dinner ready as part of your experience. You are not placing an order directly with the restaurant.

Pricing & Payment

Experience pricing is confirmed at the time of booking, including any promotional offer you apply. Dinner is charged separately at the restaurant's current menu price, plus any applicable taxes and fees, which we collect on the restaurant's behalf when we place the order. Payment is processed through our website at the time of booking.

SMS Terms & Messaging

We may send text messages to the mobile number you provide, subject to your separate consent:

• Transactional & informational messages — you may receive booking confirmations, reminders, experience updates, weather or rescheduling information, and customer service messages only if you separately consent.
• Marketing & promotional messages — you may receive special offers and promotions only if you separately consent.
• Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier.
• Reply STOP at any time to opt out of text message communications.
• Reply HELP for help or support with your messages.
• Consent to marketing messages is not a condition of any purchase or service. You may decline or withdraw consent at any time without affecting your booking.

Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use Calmly Yours' SMS messaging program and to provide consent to receive SMS messages.

Carrier Liability

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and network provider.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Florida weather happens. If weather prevents your experience, we will work with you to reschedule your Calmly Yours date. For cancellations, please contact us as early as possible. Same-day cancellations may be responsible for any food costs already incurred plus an applicable reserved-slot fee, except where we approve an emergency exception. Please review the cancellation terms shared with your booking confirmation for the details that apply to your reservation.

Photographs & Personal Details

When you upload a photograph or share personal details, you confirm that you have the right to share them and that the content is yours to share. We use these details only to prepare your experience and do not claim ownership of your uploaded content.

Limitations

Calmly Yours is not liable for circumstances beyond our control, including restaurant menu changes, weather, or third-party service disruptions. Where food is prepared by an independent restaurant, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment — please share any allergies or dietary restrictions so we can review your selections with the restaurant before your date.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms on this page and update the date above. Continued use of our website or services after a change indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
